Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Feature Updates
We regularly update and improve our services. New features may be added, and existing features may be modified to enhance user experience and security.
Free and Premium Tiers
We offer both free and premium service tiers. Free users have usage limitations, while premium users enjoy enhanced features and higher processing limits.
User Rights & Responsibilities
Permitted Use
You may use ImgCraftLab for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. This includes processing images for websites, marketing materials, social media, and client projects.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership and rights to all images you upload and process. We do not claim any rights to your content and do not use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested service.
Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as needed to keep it current and accurate.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Content
You may not upload, process, or distribute images that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, contain malware, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harmful Content
Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited. This includes content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
System Abuse
You may not attempt to compromise, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems. This includes attempting to bypass usage limits, access unauthorized areas, or disrupt service for other users.
Commercial Restrictions
Free accounts have commercial usage limitations. Excessive commercial use may require upgrading to a premium account. Reselling our services is prohibited without written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Image Processing
Images are processed securely and deleted within 24 hours. We never store your images permanently or use them for training AI models or any other purposes.
Personal Information
We collect minimal personal information and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. You have full control over your data and can request deletion at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payments. These providers are carefully selected and bound by strict privacy agreements.

Service Limitations & Disclaimers
Service Limitations
Our services have technical limitations including file size limits, processing time constraints, and usage quotas. These limitations vary between free and premium tiers.
AI Accuracy
While our AI-powered background removal is highly accurate (95%+), results may vary depending on image complexity. We do not guarantee perfect results for all images.
No Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Billing & Refunds
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. This applies only to first-time Pro subscribers and covers the full subscription fee paid.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but maintains your Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
No Partial Month Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until your current billing period expires, giving you full value for your payment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through your original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@imgcraftlab.com with your account details and reason for the request.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may provide refunds outside the standard policy for technical issues preventing service use, billing errors on our part, or other exceptional circumstances. Each case is reviewed individually by our support team.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to terms violations, excessive usage beyond fair use policies, chargebacks or disputed payments, or requests made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
Account Management & Termination
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose security risks to our platform or other users.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. Major changes will be announced in advance when possible.
User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features will end, but your right to use processed images remains.
Data After Termination
After account termination, we will delete your personal information within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
